Pharma companies ship to distributors and then go blind. What happens downstream is fragmented, delayed and often invisible until it becomes a problem: trade margins leak past the intended tier, distributors overstock while shelves downstream run empty, and manual field reporting arrives late, selective and target-shaped.

What we built

We built OMNI after years of operating inside one of India's most demanding pharma distribution environments. It automates everything after distributor statements arrive, without asking distributors to change anything about how they already work.

  • Statements land by email in any format: Tally, Marg, Busy, Excel, PDF or WhatsApp exports.
  • Every sender is identified by email ID, GST number and statement content, then attributed to the territory hierarchy.
  • ML-based product mapping converts messy statement entries to company codes, with 95% mapped automatically and live retraining that adapts to new launches.
  • Multi-stage validation tests every file for consistency (opening plus received must equal sales plus closing) and rejects bad statements before they enter the main data set.
  • AI-powered nudges surface high closing stock, missing statements and understocked territories before month-end.
