Asian Paints customers struggled to envision complete space transformations that went beyond paint colours. Existing market tools stopped at paint visualisation, while the Beautiful Homes premium range needed to showcase an extensive furniture and décor catalogue.

Visualisation uncertainty was stretching premium interior package sales into long decision cycles, and competitors' emerging visualisation tools threatened Asian Paints' position in the premium segment. That prompted the partnership with Foyr, and Foyr brought in AlterSquare to build it.

What we built

We built the Beautiful Homes visualiser in two phases: a basic platform first, then a fully immersive 360° experience where every element of a room can be changed in real time.

  • Real-time blending of paints, textures, furniture and lighting across the full Beautiful Homes catalogue.
  • A Blender automation pipeline feeding Three.js, replacing 5 to 10 minutes of rendering time with instantaneous updates.
  • 360° panoramic navigation with interactive product hotspots on every furniture item.
  • Client-side rendering that eliminated server-side infrastructure and runs smoothly on standard devices.
  • Saved configurations and generated shopping lists for straightforward ordering.
