Nobody on the other sidehas to change anything.

Software for distribution operations.

Three products for the parts of a distribution network you cannot see. Each works with what your partners already do, because a system that asks them to change is a system that stops getting data.

The suite

Three products, three blind spots.

They are separate products and each one stands alone. Most teams start with whichever blind spot is costing them most.

Why they cohere

One rule, three products.

These solve different problems, but they refuse the same thing. Not one of them asks the person on the other side to adopt anything.

Omni Xtract
The distributor installs nothing. Statements arrive the way they always have.
Omni Relay
The recipient signs into nothing. The table lands in the chat they already use.
Omni Desk
The partner adopts no portal. They keep posting in the same group.

Every system that asks the other side to change is a system that quietly stops working.

Questions

What teams ask about the suite.

01

Can we start with just one?

That is the normal way in. These are three separate products, not modules of a platform you have to buy whole. Most teams start with the blind spot that is costing them most and add another later, if it earns its place.

02

Do they work together?

They share a design principle rather than a codebase. Omni Xtract produces verified secondary sales data and Omni Relay can deliver a report built from data like that, so they combine naturally, but they are independent products rather than one integrated system. If you want them wired together for your setup, that is a scoping conversation rather than a switch we flip.

03

Is this only for pharma?

Pharma is where Omni Xtract was built and proven, because Indian pharma distribution is about as hard as the problem gets. The shape applies to any multi-tier distribution network, which is why FMCG, agrochemicals and white goods are where we are taking it next. Relay and Desk are not pharma-specific at all.

04

What does a first conversation look like?

Bring the actual artefact. A month of distributor statements for Xtract, the report someone rebuilds by hand every morning for Relay, or the group that generates the most chasing for Desk. Running it on your real material answers the question faster than a demo does.
